Vivo’s upcoming midrange device, the Vivo S6 5G will launch on March 31. Before today, we only knew that it will have two front cameras.
However, that’s no longer the case now. Vivo gave us a glimpse of what the phone looks like in its official promotional photos, along with celebrity endorser, Chinese actor Turbo Liu (also known as Liu Haoran).
Basing it on the photos, the Vivo S6 5G will have four cameras, placed in a circular setup. The camera setup looks quite similar to that of the NEX 3S or the Huawei Mate 30 Pro.

As seen, the three cameras pile up vertically, while the fourth one is on the right side of the circle. A text at the left of the circle reveals a 48-megapixel primary camera, while the flash appears to be below the circle. Of course, as the name suggests, it will support 5G. Currently, those are the confirmed specs of the phone.
On the other hand, all thanks to the official listing at JD.com, the Vivo S6 5G will come in two colors — Dark Blue-White gradient and Pink-Blue-White gradient. However, since Vivo is notorious in launching other colors of their smartphones after the launch, we cannot conclusively say that these are the only ones available.
We expect that pricing and availability will be announced during the launch. As for the release date of the Vivo S6 5G in the Philippines, we have to wait and see. Right now, Vivo has not said a word on the matter.
